Assessments are guidance only

The compliance assessments produced by Part L Checker are generated by AI and are provided to help you prepare evidence before submission. They do not constitute official building control approval and are not a substitute for determination by your building control body. You remain responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of the evidence you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, to upload only photographs you have the right to upload, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.

Submissions to third parties

When you choose to send images to appb.co.uk, that submission is subject to the terms of your building control provider. We are not responsible for how a third-party provider handles your submission after it is sent.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its assessments.
