We use your information to provide the Part L Checker service: to generate compliance assessments, to organise your evidence by project and plot, and — when you choose to send approved images — to submit them to your building control provider at appb.co.uk. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Your photographs and assessments are processed by our AI provider to generate verdicts, and by our hosting provider to operate the service. When you submit images to appb.co.uk, that provider processes them according to its own terms. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

Security and retention

We store your data securely and restrict access to authorised systems. Your projects, plots, and assessments are private to your account. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and you may request deletion at any time.
