Sitephoto.co.uk is a new online platform designed to provide a secure storage system for photographs of thermal junctions in buildings. The service has been created to help building owners, architects, engineers and developers to comply with UK building regulations Part L, which set minimum standards for the energy efficiency of new and existing buildings.

Part L requires building owners to ensure that their buildings meet minimum energy efficiency levels, measured in terms of carbon dioxide emissions per square meter. One of the most effective ways to demonstrate compliance with these standards is by taking photographs of the thermal junctions in a building, which are the points where two different parts of a building meet.
